Hi all, does anyone know if I make a payment using my PAypal MasterCard and there is plenty of money to cover the cost in my PAypal account, why the money is still there? These are prepaid buisness mastercards so u can’t spend more than you have in your PAypal balance, but that’s not the case! I have more than enough! I have used it at cash machines, shops, always goes through! This is the strangest thing I’ve come across! As I could, if dishonest spend my available balance and claim the card stolen!
any advice would be most greatful
