Please can somebody assist. I referred a friend with regards to refer a friend promotion. I was expecting to receive the £10 reward for both of us. However paypal customer services have said it is because I have not referrred 5 people but only 1 person.

I have sent so many emails confirming all transactions and followed all the rules, they still won't honour their promotion and pay us! Total scam!!!
