I have a chip and pin reader worked magnificently for nine months and no longer does so.
a) New sale = say $20.00 - comes up on the reader OK
b) dont want new sale - want Item sale. Go into my items, tap the required item as before and a screen comes up giving me information about the item - not, as before, number of items required. In addition, there is no response from the reader can you help
