PayPal promotion. How long?

I clicked the personal link on the app. Sent it to a cousin who has never had a PayPal. He received the 1¢. Clicked redeem for the $10 promotion. Created an account. Verified the account. Linked his debit card. Sent $5 from his PayPal wallet. Just wondering how long until the $10 will be sent to both of us.

If you are eligible for the 10 USD voucher you will be notified and the voucher will be provided to you on or before January 31st :).
