PayPal pool issue won't let me start a new pool

hi, Im not sure whats going on but for 3 days now I've tried to start a new payal pool and it simply won't let me do it. every time I finally get to the pool section (which isn't easy to find) when I click on "start a new pool" it brings me back to the main account screen and I get stuck in the same feedback loop! 

 

Can someone please help me figure out what going on!!??

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

Firstly, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue. If this does not work, I would recommend ending any closed pools that you may have made in the past as having multiples ones could cause issues when creating new pools.
