Hi It's about : "PayPal partner program" When i go to https://www.paypal-partnerprogram.com/s/ and I log in , I am required to fill in a form. This form contains a field "Choosing your country". When i enter "USA", the search field responding by a "Not found". I can fill in the other fields. However, without the country field, you can't go to the second step under the "PayPal partner program" process.
