Is anyone else finding that the messaging system isn't working correctly. I messaged the virtual assistant which said an agent would be in contact within a few hours, it's now been 2 days
How long have you been waiting? It's bad enough that the customer service phone number doesn't work but if the messaging is down as well their is no other way to contact PayPal
I have been waiting 3 days. I am trying to appeal my refund that was denied for a totally invalid reason (now im thinking an automatic bot, maybe due to improper wording?). But every time i try to make the appeal, i get an error message and it wont go through. Then it tells me to contact PayPal! So my "appeal time" is running out and i cant get any answers!!!
