PayPal.me error

It’s been 3 days not and every time I try to create a paypal.me profile and link it won’t let me, I live in the United States, the link I put says it’s available, and when I click on agree and create profile, it says (Our application is experiencing an issue. Please try again later)? Anyone know a solution?

I have the same issue - ‘sorry about the wait, invalid request see details’ But I can’t see the details! Did you resolve your situ?
