Hello, I have a store on Shopify and have enabled PayPayl in 3. Is there a way for me to see the customers who have selected this option at checkout? Right now I can only see that they've selected PayPay as their payment method, but not if it's PayPal in 3.
Thanks for posting your question in PayPal's Community Forum! As the seller, you'll only see that the buyer used PayPal to check out. How they completed the payment and other details of their Pay in 3 plan will only be visible to the buyer. Since we ensure you are paid upfront for the full purchase price, any repayments the buyer makes would be to PayPal directly.
