PayPal debit card

I need to order a replacement card as mine doesn't seem to be working properly I've tried going onto summary as the help topics say there should be a tab there which will take me to a page where I can order a replacement but I can't seem to find it there can anyone help

If you aren't able to activate your card and link it to your PayPal account, then call customer service number on back of card for assistance.
