I have the PayPal Business Debit MasterCard and it works fine in most circumstances. No problems in person, or on most websites, but there seems to be a group of sites which are constantly declined.
In my case, I can't use it to put £10 on my National Lottery Account, or to pay for a meal on Just Eat, for example, yet it works fine working for items at 40 times that cost.
There's money available, but those two sites in particular won't have it. It was suggested to me that the PayPal card doesn't do one of the 'absent-buyer' protocols that are used online. Is that the case? Are there certain types of site the card won''t work on?
