PayPal claims suck

I order a speaker for curbside pickup at a local store, a week later the tracking # shows delivered so I call to find out when I can pick it up. They tell me they will check it out and after going through what UPS just delivered they say it's not there they look at the tracking info and the person who supposedly signed for it doesn't exist at that store then say a claim will need to be filed instead of we will issue a refund or order you another one. PayPal has already paid them. I contact PayPal for help and they start a claim, a week later they email me claim denied UPS says item was delivered what great customer service PayPal gives their customers now I can poop so much easier after getting **bleep** twice( the item had been delivered to the wrong state and the wrong address) should have just used a credit card at least they would have reversed the charges.
