If I get approved for the PayPal cashback MasterCard do I have to accept it now? Or can I choose to accept it later

If you are approved and get sent the card, you don't have to activate the card until you want to and before its expiration date.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
