I have a PayPal cash debit card right I’ve been using for several months now all the sudden is that it just stopped working and declined will a positive balance on it now every time I try to look it up the security code on the back the three numbers don’t register and they don’t know life 15 digit card numberCan anybody help because it’s like impossible to talk to customer service
