PayPal cash card

I have a PayPal cash card and I have a PayPal account and whenever I enter the information from my PayPal cash card to link it to my account it tells me it cannot process my request at this time and to try again later and I've tried this about 10 times

I'm sorry to hear of the concern. A PayPal Cash Card is linked to a PayPal Cash Plus account when you first requested the card.
