I'm sorry to hear that you encountered a fee while checking out; however, PayPal does not typically charge a fee related to shopping on Amazon. What kind of PayPal card are you using? I would refer back to Amazon with questions regarding using PayPal to pay through their system and see what information you can find from them. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
