Do i always have to have money in my paypal account? Can i not just rely on my bank account linked?

Hi @Chrisdvii, 

There a lots of different ways you can use your PayPal account. If you have a card registered then you can use this to fund your transactions. You do not need to have a balance on your PayPal account to make payments, we can request the funds from your card instead. You can also add a bank account to your PayPal account and use this to add funds to your PayPal balance to make payments. For more information on sending payments please see here.
