Automatic top-up is off (Update)
Please make sure you can cover your purchase. Turn on backup funding to use your linked bank account or debit card as backup funding sources.
When I click "Update", it opens a page, loads a white screen and then redirects back to the card summary page so I'm unable to select a backup funding source.
Tried to call customer service but the phone was cut off as "nobody is available". Tried multiple browsers, devices to no avail.
Assistance appreciated!
