I have used PayPal biz debit card for five years linked to my Bank of America account. Never an issue. About a month ago I switched to capital one bank account and everything was good. Last week my PayPal card was killed because of fraud and a new card issued. Ever since I got this new card, even though nothing else has changed, my card keeps getting declined. PayPal says it’s because capital one is denying the charges and capital one is saying they are not. PayPal Customer service is totally useless and I’m at my wits end unable to use my PayPal biz debit card. Has anyone ever had an issue like this? Is this some kind of issue with capital one and PayPal as mentioned earlier I never had a problem with BOA. Beyond frustrated.
