So I applied for a PayPal extras Mastercard back in April and closed the account because I applied for the wrong application. (I swear PayPal does this on purpose because my credit is fine) but I wanted the cashback card. I contact Synchrony via phone and they tell me "You just have to open up another account, you're fine I'm looking at your information." Why the **bleep** is a) my credit score down to a 660 and b) I'm not allowed to use any PayPal features!? I knew which card I was applying for the first time and it docked my credit and now yall pull this **bleep**!? You guys need to be investigated, your deceptive marketing practices have hurt so many people. And the **bleep**ed up part- you guys dont even care.
