PayPal Prepaid won't let me log in: Error Message

For months, I've been trying to log in to my PayPal prepaid debit card account and I keep getting an error message. I've activated the card, registered for online access and have spent nearly a full week of hours calling the so-called "customer service" staff that have not resolved the issue. The customer service people allegedly repeat back what I state as the problem, but they say entirely different things than what I have stated. Today, I ridiculously waited on hold for almost 90 minutes for a supervisor when 5 earlier calls to "specialists" didn't end up helping to resolve the problem. I've noticed earlier comments from people with the same issues. Has anyone found a way or a human being that can resolve this? Thank you!
