PayPal Prepaid Mastercard not activating`

Every time I try to activate the card, I enter the card information, and the little swirly thing keeps doing that, forever. It will not work no matter how many times I try. I can't activate the card, or access my money, until this is fixed. With Covid-19, I can not even call customer service for help.
