How do i get my balance on my PayPal Prepaid Master card I'm deaf and do not use phones? I can get my balance on PayPal Master card but not the prepaid.

If you've already activated your prepaid card, you should be able to complete your transfer through the PayPal Prepaid website using the PayPal transfer option.
