Hello All i am looking for PayPal Prepaid master card and requested to help center. I am Italian but they replied to wrong me. They Said me, us PayPal Master card is not providing. Very funny i just requested from my Italian PayPal and i tried to sign up for card but they said this time not possible. Can any one give me any suggestion please.
