Hello there. I have a PayPal My Cash card valued at $25.00 that I received awhile back. I go to the website PayPal.com/Cash, but the link no longer works. Is there anyway to redeem the $25.00 so it can get put into my PayPal account. I don’t want to lose the money on the card.
Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community forums for help.
The PayPal My Cash card product has been discontinued for a while now/ I would recommend calling the number on the back of the My Cash card for further assistance.
When I dial the number on the back of the card, it has nothing to do with PayPal or any kind of financial service. I have a feeling that I'll be out the $25.00 unless there's another way about it.
Anyone have an answer on this? The website is defunct now and the phone number on back of cards is some scam number now.
Did Paypal just pocket (steal) the money on these cards from their users?
