I just got off the phone with Synchrony Bank, the issuer of the PayPal Mastercard, after searching without success for a simple online way to download a 2018 year-end summary of my purchases. They told me that feature isn't available, something every other card issuer I use does have. So the only option is to download monthly PDFs. Big PITA!
Anyone else found any way to do this? I'm strongly considering cancelling the card due to this Byzantine limit on functionality.
