Can I use a PayPal Mastercard to access my PayPal account? [no, not cash balance ]
i.e.,
1. set payment method on PayPal account
2. swipe PayPal Mastercard and have it use the payment method selected.
I believe I read somewhere a few years ago when trying to use PayPal [credit] in stores , that if one had a PayPal credit card , you could go to the banks financing page and select PayPal as the funding for the card instead of issuing bank. Thus whatever your selected payment method was, would be used when you swiped your card. I do not know what the bank was that issued the PayPal credit card at that time, it is Sync, MasterCard currently.
[My problem was resolved when the store was discovered to accept PayPal on line.]
