PayPal Mastercard Country Eligibility

Hello,

i'm Egyptian citizen, it's possible to order Paypal Prepaid Mastercard or PayPal Cash Mastercard to Egypt?
it's possible to use it as primary card in my PayPal account and transfer my balance to it ?

Hi @Sanchez0,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out with your question. At this time both the PayPal Prepaid Mastercard, and the PayPal Cash Mastercard are not available in Egypt. You should have the option to withdraw funds to a Visa card or a US bank, however if neither of these options are accessible, then you may have to use your balance towards a purchase or send the amount to a friend.
