I have never used the PayPal key card. I was going to but I get a message saying the payment method used for the card is not good and I need to change it. I can not access the payment method I selected to be able to change it! ANy suggestions?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
