When i get refunded my full amount paypal did not add up their transaction fee and seller paid paypal fee. Now seller asking payment for paypal transaction fee.
I do not understand why this happen as i know when i refund any paymeny paypal alwayds added their fee too to make full refund. But this time Paypal did not pay their transaction fee when seller refunded to me.
