PayPal sent me an email offering a Apple gift card at a discount. I agreed to purchase it, they debited my bank for $90 and never sent me anything. I have sent PayPal two messages using their app, tried to call but got a 10 min rant from a recording twice with no indication anyone would ever answer. Hung up after 20 min. Tried to file a dispute but the system will not let me. Cannot file a claim without a dispute. What should I do next? And no, there is nothing in my inbox, spam or trash from these folks
