I received a Debit Card today, but never requested one. Has this happened to anyone else?

PayPal sent me mines eons ago and I never requested it. I thought, "Hmmm....and activated it". It's more like an invitation telling you about the card and you can activate it or not. Your choice. If you don't activate it, destroy/shred the card and anything that has your address on it to safely discard it (obviously).
