When using PayPal Cashback Mastercard and/or PayPal Extras Mastercard is there a charge if I use it when sending a paypal payment/services or is it free since it is a paypal card?
For example, it is 2.9% if I use my regular credit card and $4.99 if I transfer money for payment/services with my bank account. Thank you in advance for any information.
