Has anyone else had to wait days after using the cash load feature at retail stores? I deposited 500 at a Walgreens like I usually do, however it's been 2 days instead of the usual 15 to 30 minutes. I've contacted paypal, but no reply as of yet. I even sent them the receipt. Thank you for your help.
