PayPal Cash Card

I signed up for a PayPal card for the first time and it had me put in my DOB, SSN, etc. In addition to photos of my ID and SSN. After that my documents got approved pretty fast. I checked my email and it said that I had one more step to go. That step was to click the confirm button in the email. However there was no confirm button or any links leading to one. I messaged the help center but they just sent me an automated message saying to apply again but that was no help.

Can you please check if you received any notification or email from us stating that we received your application and your card will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
