PayPal Cash Card

So why is it that I can't just activate my new PayPal Cash Debit card in my PayPal app? I can't even do it in the PayPal Prepaid app. Dealing with PayPal is like dealing with an incompetent child who decided to create a business. It really shouldn't be this hard. Like for instance, maybe try putting a link to activate PayPal Plus accounts in the Help section where it talks all about what to do *IF* you make an account. That *IF* meaning if you can find the ancient Sumerian ritual required to make an account that is.

Because some features are not available on the app. Its for certain ranges of activity. It is not meant to be a cookie cut of the website. Actions such as activating cards, resolving disputes have to be done on website.

If you bought a PayPal PrePaid MC debit card (which is different from the PayPal Cash card), read the documentation/directions that came with the card on how to activate.

Or visit this site to activate:

https://www.paypal-prepaid.com/account/activate

I don't believe you can activate the card via app. No mention here that you can activate the card through the dedicated Prepaid card app.

Well that's more information than PayPal or even Google offered. Thank you. It didn't work though. The how to link said it would prompt me to put the card info in after logging into my account. That didn't happen. I just was staring at my account page.
