PayPal Cash Card or PayPal Cash Plus Card

Penrose, Colorado I am trying to cash a cashier's check. I have no idea what these two cards are. And Ingo can't verify my identity. What do I do?

There is no "PayPal Cash Plus" card. Just PayPal Cash card. But our PayPal balance can be designated as either PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance account.  For business accounts there's the PayPal Business debit card.
