Does PayPal deliver the Business Debit Mastercard for UK to other other countries as well? (I have a UK Business PayPal account, but I don't reside in the UK)
The card will be sent to confirmed address you have on file which would be a UK address. PayPal accounts are country specific. You'll need someone trusted at your confirmed UK address to receive the card and post it to you.
