I have been advised that the PayPal access card is no longer an option and that I should apply for a PayPal Business Account card. I am not an eBay Business and only sell my own / daughters clothes. Is it still OK to go ahead with a Business card? Will I be charged extra on eBay etc if I have a business card?
Thank you for your post! The PayPal Business Debit MasterCard is for business owners. Only with a business account would you be eligible for the Business Debit MasterCard. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
