Hi there are so many games specially now with the lock down that offer pay outs to paypal. When you see paypal is associated or being used by these games you would assume at aal would be good. After playing a few of them not reading the reviews(my bad) and reaching the targets. these games dont pay out and does not reply their emails. So my question, can any app or company just use paypals name or does paypal approve these apps to use their name?
