After receiving money my account switched to pay pal cash plus with out me knowing our . I can not transfer the money to my bank account because of this. I’ve tried calling the hello line for 4 hours trying to get ahold of a real person with no luck.
The same thing happened to me. In fact I don't even recognize the amount PayPal "appropriated" for "Cash Plus." This was done without my knowledge or approval. I plan to file a complaint with the FBI for them to investigate PayPal for potential wire fraud since I didn't authorize this money to be taken from my account.
