Pay pal Token of Appreciation

Hello I got an email from Pal Pay that if I activated it I would receive $5 off my next purchase I make with Pay Pal. I made a purchase and I did not receive the $5.00. What is this all about?

Have you checked your funding source to see what you were charged?

Yes I did. PP took my 4 cent balance and charged the rest to my visa. I do have the email from PP for the $5 but it's no where to be found.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM,  CONTACTED THEM A DOZEN TIMES, INCLUDING TWO   2 HOUR PHONE CALLS.  THE MORONS STILL CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT.
