I was on newegg last night, an do chose pay in 4 at check out. It took be through the application process, then looped back to the checkout on newegg. Thinking I had done something wrong I clicked on "pay in 4" again. Now I see two charges to my bank. And I have nothing shipped. I tried canceling it all together, but it says "paypal cannot cancel this transaction"....I thought it was paypal's service?? Any information would help, as I have gotten nowhere with paypal.
