I used Paypal pay in 4 method on January 28th, for a total amount of $140.20. And in order to use pay in 4 you have to make a down payment immediately which I did in the amount of $35.05. My bank account today shows that I was refunded an amount of $35.05 from Paypal and my Paypal account reflects that I have not made a payment yet. Why was the payment reversed and why does it now show I have to make a payment today?
