Pay in 4

Here is my current mess, lol. At the end of December, I made an online purchase with PayPal, and since the Pay in 4 option came up when it was time to checkout, I chose that. It was linked to my Chase credit card. The initial payment went through fine, as did the second payment. Then, I lost my credit card, and Chase cancelled my card and reissued one with a new number. I updated my credit card info in my Wallet on the PayPal website. However, a few days later I was informed through text and email by PayPal that the next Pay in 4 installment didn’t go through. I then contacted PayPal through the Message Center several times. They keep telling me I have to “go to the Pay in 4” option in the app and update the payment method in there, but the problem is THERE IS NO “PAY IN 4” option to click on anywhere in either the PayPal website or my PayPal Credit website (not in the app version). I have spoken to 3 phone representatives about this, too, and I get different answers from them all. First, I was was told the problem was fixed and not to worry, then (when it clearly wasn’t) I was told that I can only contact Pay in 4 specialists through Messanger, then I called again and spoke to someone who was completely stumped as to why I am not seeing the Pay in 4 option on my end. He told me there is really nothing they can do, and to just periodically check the website to see if the glitch has been fixed yet. Meanwhile, I keep getting informed through texts and emails that the third payment attempt is not going through, and I’m getting late fees that are probably going to affect my credit score. I just wish I could pay the stupid thing off and be done with it, but the whole issue is apparently floating in limbo.
