I was making a purchase the other day. I was going to do Pay in 4. Prior to the last step I changed my mind and backed out. I then added more items to my purchase and completed it through Pay in 4. Now in PayPal I only have the 2nd Pi4 I completed. On my cc I have authorizations for both. (The 2nd twice where they actually charged I assume) AND the merchant processed and shipped the order I never completed. (I tried to cancel it but their response time is extremely slow and no phone number so wasn't done) So it looks like I only owe PayPal for one purchase even though two orders were processed by the merchant. Has anyone else seen this?
