I was charged both the full amount and one of the pay in 4 amount. The order I made was for an Iphone XR off of newegg. I cancelled the order off of Newegg and I am in urgent need to know why Paypal is charging me 520 dollars today when I was supposed to be charged 120 today. I need urgent assistance or I'll be in deep trouble.
