Today I purchased access to a website I have to use for school. It was close to $100 so I used the Pay in 4 option that paypal offers (never used it before). However, because by transaction is still pending through paypal, I still do not have access to this website. This is a time sensitive purchase as this website is where I will complete my homework. I don't know why it's pending when another purchase I made today was approved immediately. Please help, as I need this resolved quickly.
