I've had an issue with pay in 4. I tried to place an order on an external webpage, and I saw Pay in 4 option. I chose to pay via Pay in 4. But the order did not go through, so I got stuck on the order page (as if I didn't pay at all). But I can see that the downpayment is charged on my credit card (it appears as a pending payment).
Since I couldn't proceed with the order with Pay in 4 option, I decided to make a separate payment via paypal (this time it was a normal payment--paying at once). Now I can see duplicate payments for the same item... I don't know what to do with it. Can anyone share your wisdom on how to handle this situation? Thank you in advance.
