Good morning.
I placed an order for some items using Pay in 4. There a couple of things I noticed about this:
1. The first installment is showing in my account as pending however, this 1/4 amount is only a 1/4 of the subtotal. It is not including the tax or shipping.
2. The order never completed. I call the vendor and they aren't showing an order for me.
Does the pay in 4 cover the full amount, or just the subtotal before tax and shipping? I'm confused about why this pending amount is showing but the order was never completed.
